Please note: there are specific policies for computer training material.

All Products:

• We will gladly replace any defective or damaged product if reported within 10 days of receipt^*.
• If you wish to return your product, damaged or otherwise, you must notify us within 10 days of the receipt of your item to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Packages arriving at Forward Innovations, Inc. without prior authorization will be refused.
• Packages must be returned in a resellable condition and the packaging cannot be damaged.
• Shipping and handling charges you incur at the time of sale and during return are non-refundable.

Computer Training CD ROMs and Videos:

• We stand by our products and take the time to select the best computer training titles and vendors. We feel you should do the same. Please review the FIRST cd or video, leaving the others unused and unopened. If it does not meet your expectations, please contact us for an RMA number. Only the FIRST cd or video can be opened or used, all others MUST be unused, unopened and in the original wrapping to return the complete course or bundle.
• Refunds are only given on complete course/bundle returns. Damaged or partial courses or bundles can only be returned for replacement.
